Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone!

I have a quick post since it's past my bedtime.

Here are some little matchbook treats I made for my co-workers and
my boyfriends co-workers. Who doesn't love a lil candy on Halloween!

I used kraft cardstock for the actual matchbook cut out at 2 3/4" by 8".
Put a lil DCWV halloween paper on as a mat and pop
dotted some cute images I cut out on my Silhouette.
The ghost face is from Peachy Keen Basic Paper Doll Asst.

Thanks for stopping by, hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween.

Vampire Bites treat bags

Hello again! I've really been in the Halloween treat making mood. :)

I wanted to share a quick post of some Vampire Bites I made using the Jaded Blossom Halloween treats stamp set and the PK character face asst. I got the peekaboo vampire from the Silhouette online store and left out his face so I could stamp a PK face on him. I pop dotted his lil hands to add some dimension and make them look like they were really coming over the edge of the paper and I accented that with a strip of black ribbon for texture. On the back I stamped the vampire bites in stampin up real red ink. The bag is a JB 3x4 inch bag filled with cherry jelly bellies.

Hope you enjoyed my treat today :)

Jaded Blossom October Challenge

I have a quick post to share for the Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge
I made these up for my co-workers, thought it would be fun to show them a lil more about me.

I cut the pumpkin out using my Silhouette on orange polka dot cardstock and the stem is green glitter cardstock. I used DCWV Halloween and Fall paper stack for the paper on the back that I stamped the Jaded Blossom Pumpkin Poop poem on. The poem says:
Pumpkin Poop
I started to carve my pumpkin
with my carving knife and scoop
but the pumpkin got so scared
it took a little poop

It looked so cute and funny
just like a candy treat
so I'm sharing it with you now
because you are so sweet

Isn't it so cute!! I just love the poem. I filled the Jaded Blossom 3"x4" bags
with little pumpkin mellowcremes.

Hope you like my project. I'll have more Halloween treats to share later this week!

Master Crafter project

Hello everyone! This is a late night post for me.
So I signed up for Master Crafter and it's been really fun! I got my box a couple weeks ago and now I get to post and link up what I made with my goodies.

To vote for my project click on the Master Crafter picture above. I'm #8!

The items that came in my package were a Scissor Mouse sponsored by Westcott , DCWV Rockstar mat stack sponsored by DCWV Deals, Cotton Bag Sponsored by State line Bag Co. , 1/2 sheet of green Rhinestones sponsored by Queen and Co., Sentiment stamp Celebrate sponsored by Pink by Design, Assorted Buttons.

I used the scissor mouse to cut out my tag, using the paper in the Rockstar mat stack for both layers, I distressed the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Vintage Photo, then added a 3 Girl Jam ribbon flower with one of the Queen and Co. Rhinestones for the center and to finish it off used the Celebrate sentiment from Pink by Design.

Here's a close up of the tag

For the gift bag which I filled with flower bulbs (it's that time around here). I dyed the cotton bag in distress stain in Vintage Photo, Peeled Paint and Broken China. I then added the buttons that were in my package to the strings for a cute tie off, and adorned the bag with another ribbon flower with button in the center and some Rhinestones for sparkle.

Here's a close up of the bag

Well even if I don't win Master Crafter it sure was fun making this cute little bag and I know one of my friends will just love to plant these tulip bulbs in front of her new home!

Hope everyone has a great rest of your week!
